BP's are not getting blocked even though its matching more than 82% of SPL list

Hi Team,

We got stuck with situation for receiving not block message for

EX: one SPL name is Industrial MATERIAL ARCA LTD Getting Block message. If we go with the Name MATERIAL ARCA then we are getting not blocked message, even though two words MATERIAL ARCA is matching 100%. Please
let me know if this is an expected behaviour or not if yes then why it is not getting
blocked.

Second EX:
SPL name is AALI and BP name is "ALI DI RAMA", it is getting block and if we go with name ALI DI system" also it is
getting blocked.

Kindly let me know why it is not blocked in first case.

Third EX: SPL name WING, KNGHE SYSNG and getting blocked. If we go with the name KNGHESYSNG WING here we are getting as not blocked Message.

Please let me know if we need to make any changes in config settings

Hi Amar,

We can't decide without checking your SPL Control settings. Can you please provide screenshot of your settings?
