I am a SD Consultant on a GTS Implementation project at the Client site, the requirement from Client is about Email consolidation.
I would like to know if there is any configuration/Customization setting on GTS side, which will allow us to send all the Forms like Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice etc (All generated in the Exports customs declaration With different Mesage Types) as a one single attachment in the email. This email could be sent to any Responsible employee in the Organization or may be to a third party outside the organization say e.g. to a Forwarding Agent.
Also It would be good to know if there is any quick technical/development fix to acheive this.

We had the same requirement. We used Ms Biztalk Server to do that. Created all 4 documents prefix the name with shipment number. Sent the email of the end customer as header field of all 4 emails. Then used biztalk to merge 4 email to one email with 4 attachnment.
