SAP Fiori - My Timesheet Error

Hi Experts

We are facing error "Property StartDate not found in type WorkList" when we try to create a timesheet entry:

Console error:

We had an upgrade of SAPUI5 components to level 1.18.10. It could also be a possible reason for this issue as some configs might got disturbed.

If anyone has faced this issue before then please let us know. Let me know if you require any more details.

Hi Hardeep,

Did you implement the UI note 1994402 without implementing the OData note 1993075.

The property StartDate was introduced in the note 1993075 which has some manual changes to be done.

Please implement 1993075 and then implement the latest version of 1994402.

Thanks for the info. I checked these notes 1993075 and 1994402.

In SAP Note - 1993075 there are manual steps which point to make changes in a structure SRA002_S_WORKLIST_ENTITY in backend system. This structure did not exist there. So I checked SP level of SRA002 & found that it was on SP02.

Upgrading SRA002 from SP02 to SP04 resolved the issue.

Hi Pankaj,

Actually I've faced with the same error.

And I've apdated SRA002 till SP05.

I've tried implemented the note 1993075: it prerequisites

1974197 - completely implemented

1990036 - cannot be implemented

2006238 - completely implemented

manual corrections - done

As a result note 1993075 - cannot be implemented.

The same situation with 1994402 note.

I have SP_UI SP09 and UI5 1.2.3 version.

Could you please suggest smth?

Hi Olga,

You do not need the Odata notes 1993075 and 1990036 if you are already on SP05 on SRA002.

You are very old UI libraries. Could you please upgrade the UI5 version to the latest libraries.

1.20.* is available. Kindly update and update the UIX01HCM also to the latest SP.

Hi Pankaj,

Actually It was a typo. I have 1.22.* version.

So I've update UIX01HCM to the latest SP.

And now I dont see thats error. But the save button is unavailable

Hi Olga,

Could you just press F12 if you are using chrome and attach the screenshot of the error in console if any?

Did you already clear the browser cache?

Thank you for your answer.

Actually, you were right I've opened it in the safe mode and I was able to save draft.

As a next step I should be able to press submit button. But It also unavailable( I tried to clear cahce already)

Hi Olga,

The issue is with the CheckTimeEntries Odata call which is failing.

Could you please update UIX01HCM to SP03. This issue was already resolved.

If you still see the issue after updating the UIX01HCM and clearing the cache please create a ticket. We would then have to look at your system.

Hi Pankaj,

We have created the App "My TimeSheet" and i am unable to navigate through it but when i create an entry and try to "Save Draft" nothing happens and the console gives below error.

Can you please help me resolving this issue.

Hi Ameen.

I am not sure what do you mean by "created the app My Timesheet". Did you extend the app or you are using the standard app?

Looks like an Trusted RFC issue? Is the alias maintained properly?
