Stock Mismatch Issue

Hi

We are sending stock data from JDE to SNC and vendor is viewing the same in DCM monitor. This stock data is coming every 4 hours to SNC but sometimes vendor are seeing inflated stock values as compared to JDE and when next feed comes from JDE these stock values gets corrected.

There is no XML messages failure found in SNC and PI. JDE historical stock values which sent to SNC also doesn't show that it sent any inflated stock quantities.We are on SNC 510 release and service pack level 19.

Please help.

Hi Sandhya,

Check ProductActivityNotification_Inbound (PAN_In) XML messages in SNC for the vendor which is having probelm.

Check the values in that.
