SAP SRM - Find workflows in use

Former Member

Hi,

Just wondering what the easiest way is to find out what workflows are being used in SRM 5.

I know the approval one is being used as i can find it in the customising but unsure how to find out what

standard ones might be getting used.

I've tried SWDM - that's giving me loads of active workflows that i know aren't all used

SWDD - just lists all the workflows in SRM

Event linkage - just turned on for the approval worklow

I've been using SWI6 and searching workflows by object , is there a better way?

Could also search table swwihead - but this also seems like a bad way

Cheers,

Tony

Hello,

How about SWI2_FREQ or SWI1 (type = F).

Thanks for the replies guys

I've found the quickest solution is to go to swwihead and take a selection and sort the unique workflows in excel.

Hi Tony,

Go to Transaction SWU0 ( Event simulation Transaction).

Fill the Business object number : like BUS2121, BUS2201 etc.

Fill the Event : saved ( Shopping cart created ) Changed ( Shopping cart changed ) Use the F4 to choose the appropriate event.

Execute after filling the above data.

For the Business Object you have chosen system will display all the possible workflow that are currently active in your system.

Similarly change the business Object number and try for other business objects as well.

Suresh
