Hello Friends,

Good day..!

I am seeking a help in customer master data.

Issue is:- I am currently working <text removed by SCN Moderator> issue, for a customer there are two PE (sales employees ) has been assigned under sales area , partner functions, also SAP does not allow to Remove the Entry or to Save the Record though we are trying to make some other changes and getting an error like "personal number 20010481 already exists for function PE” .

Surprise thing is how come two PEs are maintained under partner function? when i try the same scenario in test system,  system giving an message that Personal number already exist. then how come two PE have been activated under sold to.

I had tried regardless all possible ways. need to know the valuable help.

Hi Shabbeer ,

you are saying that there are PEs assinged under Sold-to in the live system, that is the same PE number assinged twice or what? . if possible,  share screen shot
