SRA021_SRV-Customer invoice App No Data coming

Hi All,

We have implemented customer invoice app in FIORI , In development all are fine. But in PRD we have maintained all the configuration required like put partner function "Sales Employee" in Customer master and user name in HR master data, but No data found is coming. Screen shot is attached.

Every time it is giving no data found. Please Help.

Hi Niladri,

Please check the error logs in /iwfnd/view_log &  /iwfnd/error_log.

Please see the error messages to understand what data is missing in the system for the app.

I have checked in Error Log and error is "No customer found.". I am attaching the screen shot.

implement the BADI BD_SRA021_USR_TO_CUSTOMER with the required partner function.

use se18 and add new implementations.
