'Associated Universe' in OLAP Connection

Hello all,

When editing an OLAP connection in the CMC, there is the option to specify and 'Associated Universe' - a .UNV universe.

My question is simple: what does this do? What is it used for? Doesn't seem to be documented.

This is useful when using "BI Workspaces" in BI Launchpad and in that case this Associated Universe option is useful to Jumplink to the reports based on that universe.
