Internal Note and Vendor Text field size

Hello all,

We have SRM 5.0 (Server 5.5).

On the shopping cart line item, the Internal Note and Vendor Text field is a thin one character size field that expands as you type. And it only shows two lines at a time when typed more.

Is there a way to expand the field to a constant size with scroll-bar from the start to the way it was in SRM 4.0 and previous versions?

The notes mentioned by Dennis do solve the problem. We had the same problem on our SRM 5.0 system.

Just go ahead and implement those notes on a test system, you can always de-implement it if they introduce problems (which they don't as far as I know).

What is the version of your SRM system ? Which scenario are you using ? Seems

to be a bug in the system.

Incase this does not helps, [It might be problem with your Web browser (internet explorer, etc).] Try unstalling the Web browser and then again install the browser and then try again.
