Hi Sri,
Check whether you have mentioned all the necessary parmeters in RFC communication channel and in RFC Destination.
Both should have the same program id : RFC_GRD_XIS_RM
1) Do the connection test of RFC Destination.
2) Also check whether the program id is registered in the Gateway.
to check goto SMGW-->Goto-->Logged on clients.
let me know what you see from the above.

Sai

Hi Sri,
Cross check the parameters that is mentioned in the RFC Communiaction channel.
Follow below procedure:
1) Create the RFC Destination , Give the Program ID in it.
Don test RFC Connection after creating it.
2) Create the Sender RFC Communication channel, mention the same Program ID along the ECC
Server details.
3) Ping the channel , Do the RFC Connection test now.
4) If still there is a connection failure , stop and start the RFC Communaication channel several times
and then do the RFC Connection test.
It should work in this way.
Let me know , if you are facing any issues.
Provide the screen shots for failures if any.
Regards,
Sai
Dear sai,
All the parameter all correct only in RFC Communication Channel.
1) I tested in SAP R/3 sm59 ( RFC destination) Connection Test, but it is failed to connect of Program ID's.
2) Second Observation is few queues are stuked in sm58 with the error " Error Communication Failure".
Error is target host not found error is coming.

Hi Sri,
Send the screen shot fo RFC Destination connection test error.
If you are getting RFC connection test error then these are the possibilities of error.
1) Host name , user name , pwd , etc ,, in Sender RFC Communication channel might have
mentioned wrongly. cross verify.
If not , delete the channel and recreate it.
2) Program ID is not registered in the Gateway.

Sai
Hi Sri,
Check this note 353597 - Registering RFC server programs , this should solve you issue

Dear,
Maintained the Host Name in sap r/3 system like "sapg00" in log file and checked in smgw transaction code within that selected logon clients after restarting the sap server and OS. then signals are coming Propely. Seen RFC also after done those things.
