Disposition Contract in REFX

Dear RE experts

    I want to enter an building disposition contract in REFX, which contract type i can use as reference for this type of contract?

    After building was sold by disposition contract, if i link  building to FI-AA, will the asset in FI-AA mark as disposal too?

Hi Howard,

I would recommend you use F-92 for the asset disposition. There are a lot of subsequent entries and impact on accumulated depreciation, loss/gain etc. this scenario is better handled by this standard transaction.

I am not sure if this scenario is handled in RE sales intrinsically. You may check on that too, if you have RE Sales in your landscape.
