Status of the Job "UNKNOWN"

Hi,

We have scheduled a job for 2 mins and the Status of the same is seen as "UNKNOWN" instead of "COMPLETED". This issue is being faced after we tried changing the user and password used in the EAR. What should be done to solve this issue?

Hi Ranjitha,

try to set the activity for the job on hold and restart it again so that the job will be executed.

Then take a look in the default trace of the log viewer und try to find any hints. There you should see why the job fails.
