CBMA Alerts customization

Hi Experts,

I had gone through the below blogs posted by Aashish Sinha regarding the customization of Subject and Body of the CBMA Alerts in PI7.31 single stack.

But I need some clarification on the FTP adapter used for this particular Alert mechanism. Here we are using FTP sender adapter, but would like to understand what are the parameters can we provide and what are the files going to place in that directory.

Please suggest on this.

Hello,

Not sure what do u meant by parameters?

But, u have to place a file having a consumer name and the number of alerts u want to fetch in a single call.

So for each consumer there should be one file.
