Lithuanian special characters displayed incorrectly in vdo2/xdo2->sales area-->Extra-->text

Hi,

One of my clients entering some sales person’s name in XD02/ VD02 -->sales area-->Extra-->text -->under Lithuanian language ,but some special characters are not displaying properly like below.

   Hence,  could you please guide me how we can overcome this issue. Thanks a ton in advance.

Ų (correct) -> u(wrong)

ė(correct)  -> e(wrong)

ą (correct) -> a(wrong)

Perhaps the information from SAP note 198489 may help? It provides information on the Baltic languages Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian.

Please reconfirm that in the menu path indicated by you, some special characters are maintained correctly but in output it is not working as expected.

yes in sales text box and in output  it was not working as expected.

For output, you can try with FM CONVERT_ITF_TO_ASCII
