Problem in accessing SAP portal Through VPN (Https)

Dear Guru,

I am not portal specialist. I am an ABAPER but this issue has been forward to me by management. We have SAP netweaver portal. The portal works fine when we open it on our LAN. But when we try to access portal through VPN using HTTPS, it through this error.

Kindly suggest what could be the problem? Is it networking issue or is it issue related to portal configuration. Kindly let me know. Thanks

Hi Imran,

Please login to http://domain:port/nwa and go to Trouble shooting -->logs and Traces-->Log viewer and in View--> open the Developer Trace take the screen shot and paste the error.
