Hello Community,
I have an error in my PI Integration Engine.
First some system information:
AIX (64 Bit) 6.1
Unicode
NetWeaver 7.30 SPS10
Oracle Release 11.2.0.2.0
Kernel 720_REL Patchlevel 500
I can see the error in different scenarios in my system:
1. In the Runtime Workbench
The detailed error message is:
Unable to notify Integration Server affected by data changes
HTTP connection to http://<sapsystem>:80/sap/xi/cache?sap-client=100 returns status code '500' (Internal Server Error) in response
2. SM59 - Interface INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI
The connection test shows HTTP 200 - OK
Nevertheless I can't open the response body of the message:The following tags were not closed: CacheRefresh, JAVA_ERRORS, SAIERROR, ESTACK.
“…<CacheRefresh><JAVA_ERRORS><SAIERROR><ETEXT>Error mode = </ETEXT><ESTACK>Thrown:
com.sap.aii.ib.core.abapcache.CacheRefreshException: Error mode = …”
For the connection I use user: PIIS<sysid>
I tried different users for this connection but had no success.
3. Integration Builder - Environment - Cache Status Overview
The Cache Status Overview shows errors in relation to the Integration Engine
The error message is:
Unable to notify Integration Server affected by data changes
HTTP connection to http://<sapsystem>:80/sap/xi/cache?sap-client=100 returns status code '500' (Internal Server Error) in response
This is my problem and I don't know where the source of these errors is.
What I have done so far:
1. Changed User in INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI
User before was PIIS<sysid>.
Changed User to PIDIR<sysid>
--> No changes...still the same problem!
2. Generate Role SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER - SAP Note 1711301
TC: PFCG
Role was not generated before--> Generated role in PFCG
Success: “Authorization profile is generated”
--> No change in scenario...still the same problems!
3. SAP Note 1444305 - Configuration Wizard: PI / ESR Support Package Update
Sap NetWeaver Administrator
- Configuration
- Scenarios
- Configuration Wizard
PI/ESR Support Package Update
Finished successfully
--> No change in scenario ...still the same problems!
Hi Bednjamin,
Did you try a system reboot after all the changes?
Regards
Anupam
