purchase requisition date mismatch in apo and ecc

Hi Experts,

I am getting an issue that there is a PR date mismatch in APO and ECC. The PR date in ECC is 8 days before the PR date in APO.

APO :

PR date: 8/5/2014

-------------------------------

start date: 1/5/2014

delivery date: 8/5/2014

GR processing time: 8 days

ECC:

PR date : 1/5/2014

delivery date :1/5/2014

Please experts let me know that why there is a mismatch in dates.

Hi Yadagiri,

Please check the planned delivery time in your material master in ECC. In order to sync the dates between ECC and APO, the planned delivery time in ECC material master and transportation time in APO transportation lane should be the same.

Another think to check is, whether Purchase Info Record is transferred to APO or not. If not, then APO will plan with 'no transportation/ delivery time'. When you transfer that to ECC, it will try to schedule with planned delivery time in PIR.

Hi Yadagiri,

Please check material master data in ECC for the material like GR processing time in ECC.

May be due to incorrect master data this may happen.
