How to insert a picture when creating a blog or a document

Hello Experts, I am trying to create a blog under  "Data quality and Data services". I am not able to insert pictures. If I select insert picture icon, just a black color window pops up, which has nothing. And the document I prepared contains 12 pages with some screen shots and descriptions. Can any one help me on this????

change the zoom factor (either to 100% or away from it) In Google Chrome you can even do it while the pop-up is open and it will immediately get the expected content to do the upload
