Estimados,
Necesitamos ayuda con un caso; donde en el servidor no se ven las bases de datos cuando vas a entrar a SAP, pero en las estaciones de trabajo si se visualizan. Igualmente dentro del SLD se ven las bases.
Me pueden ayudar a encontrar que puede estar ocurriendo?.

Hola, estamos en la versión 9 PL07.
SQL 2008R2.
El SQL navite Client esta instalado ya que es solo el servidor donde sucede esto.
Firewall desactivado y el control de cuentas de usuario esta abajo.

Despues de desinstalar deberias borrar los archivos temporales, las carpetas que hacen referencia al SAP, limpiar el registro con alguna herramienta como CCleaner.
Luego asegurate que, como es el servidor, el SQL este correctamente instalado y que tenga todos sus parches(por lo menos eso es lo que me fijo), luego vuelve a instalar el cliente en el servidor.
Otra asegurate que el firewall no este bloqueando al SBO.
La carpeta que te sugieren los compañeros SMB_....que yo sepa no es parte de ningun perfil sino que se ubica en los temporales.

Ya intentamos desinstalando el cliente de SAP, reiniciando el servidor, corriendo como administrador; pero aun asi sigue no se ha solucionado.

Yo intentaría reiniciar el servidor, si eso no funciona, entonces reinstalar el cliente de SAP en el servidor.

Hemos intentado con ambas sugerencias pero sin tener resultados. La carpeta que sugieren no existe dentro del perfil de ningún usuario, ni siquiera en los archivos ocultos.
Alguna otra sugerencia?

me paso lo mismo, y la solución fue borrar la carpeta:
c:\users\perfil usuario\appdata\local\temp\smb_obs\dll
chécalo y me comentas.
