Sending an e-mail automatically

Hello everyone,

I've been searching high and low but I can't find any answer.

Here's my issue :

After a 551 (scrap) movement on MIGO (Good Issue - Other), I want to send a mail to the SAP inbox of the MRP controller of that item (MRP1 view on MM03 transaction).

-How do I create a new mail form ?

-Where do I specify that at Material Doc creation, if 551, send said mail to target person ?

understanding output determination will help you in this solution.

You can implement a user exit / BADI to call a bespoke method/function to send email in the event the right conditions of your test are passed
