HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error

Hi Folks,

I created a synchronous scenario SOAP to PROXY. While testing in SXMB_MONI of PI, i got an error

->"HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error".

->HTTP response contains status code 500 with the description Internal Server Error Error while sending by HTTP (error code: 500, error text: Internal Server Error).

I wrote proxy code in ECC .Request Data which is failing in PI was tested manually in ECC also. I am getting the response manually in ECC. While Connecting with the PI ,it is throwing an error.

I checked some blogs, but i don't have clear idea of how to avoid this error?

Please provide me a solution.

Hi,

We usually receive this error "HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error" when one of the app server in ECC is not responding or over loaded .

IN PI/ECC SXMB_MONI error log it says click on attachment to see more info on the issue.Click on attachment tab so that you will come to know which app server is having problem.
