Error Showing user  SM_ADMIN_SOP is not valid

Login into BD1 and ensure the user exist.

Managed system configuration > enter system parameters>  test logon

Hi Raymond,

You might have already checked this, but can you please recheck the Valid through date for user "SM_ADMIN_SOP".

I hope your Java system is pointing to the correct client in case of UME.

Hi Raymond,

What is the user type of the user SM_ADMIN_SOP, make sure it is System user.

Also what is the error you are getting, when you display the error details in first screen shot.

FYI, In SM 7.1 SP05 SAP reduces the burden of Smd_Admin by introducing the new Non-Authenticated Diagnostics Agents, review this new concept here
