Hello,

Cant able to start the sap router using the command saprouter.exe -r

When i tried running it , got the following error.

trcfile  dev_rout

no logging active

routtab  cannot open './saprouttab': EXIT PROGRAM !!!

(running without saproutab is no longer supported for security reasons)

Could not open permission table

Should i need to set any environment variable to fix this issue.

Thanks,

Satheesh E

Hello,

"no logging active" means you are not running in log mode. Normally, your saprouter is now up and running.

Info from SAP:

sapserv9:

# SNC connection to and from SAP

KT "p:CN=sapserv9, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 169.145.197.110 *

# SNC connection to local system for R/3-Support

# R/3 Server: 192.168.1.1

# R/3 Instance: 00

I have another doubt in oss1:

saprouter at customersite -> saprouter1-> IP Address (it it my local ip or my Public IP)

Hello,

You have to specify your public IP (the IP which is known by SAP).

Hi Anand,

Here you must to specify your internal IP address and saprouter host name, the public ip is maintained only on Service Marketplace,

Name:  SAProuter Hostname (without domain)

IP Address: Internal IP

Instance no.   99

Fernando.

Hello,

The saprouttab file must not have any extension.

Did you specify the path to the saprouttab file in the startup parameters of your saprouter ?
