Mail Sensitivity from Outlook to CRM

Hi Experts ,

Need some understanding of functionality of Mail flow from Outlook to CRM .

When I Send mail from Outlook to CRM with sensitivity marked as confidential , and I Transfer Mail to CRM , an activity is successfully created with Email Sensitivity Field in CRM as Private.

My query , Is it supposed to work as Private flag? Where only Employee responsible is able to view the activity from his user login.

If other employee logs in ,they should not be able to view that ?

Tried Application help did not get much on this .

All inputs appreciated.
