SAP MDG PROFIT CENTRE GROUP

I am unable to create profit centre group through collective processing as it is saying no change request assigned to you.

Please help me how to create profit centre group along with profit centre in SAP MDG and how to do replication through SOA as its not replicating.

Hello Swati

You have to first create a change request - blank CR. Then use collective processing to create PC Group.

Make sure your CR type has PCTR / PCTRG and PCTRH and you have a valid edition.

Regarding SOA replication - Please read the SAP help on SOA. Configure the setup and then check. In case if you still get any particular error, post it on SCN.

Hi Swati,

Below are the steps to do collective processing:

1. TA: MDGIMG

2.Create CR Type

Process Modeling-->change Request--> Create Change Request Type

Create New Entry, specify the edition type, Assign the Entity type(profit center,PC group,PC Hierarchy) and workflow

3. Assign yourself as a processor to the workflow step:

Workflow--> Other MDG Workflows--> Assign Processor to the Change Request Step

4.Launch NWBC transaction

5. Create Edition( link in the landing page)

6. Create Change Request using the same CR type. ( link in the landing page)

7. Create object profit center, PC group and hierarchy using single processing.Assign the object to the created change request.

8.Go to Collective processing, and then process the entity PC group.

9. Create the hierarchy structure.

10. Then you can process the change request.
