Thanks Jansi and Roman,

The issue was fixed by

chmod -R g+rX /usr/sap/<Managed_System_SID>/<Instance_ID>/work

chmod -R g+rX /usr/sap/<Managed_System_SID>/<Instance_ID>/j2ee/cluster

As per OSS Note 1848739 (Which points to note 1163751 )

Hi,

your wily agent is not running, hence the byte code agent configuration step fails in managed system configuration.

make sure you installed wily and started. Check in BASIS configuration -> step 3 configure CA intro scope. is it green?

- follow the sap note Note 1565954, wily 9 setup guide to install the ISAGENTS.

- apart from that make sure you have latest LM_Service updated version

- I saw some of the remote operation failed error, make sure you have enough authorization for the user connecting java host, normally it should be admin user, maintained in step 5 of managed system configuration.

- if you already installed also, try to uninstall and re install.

Thanks

Jansi
