GRC AC 10.1 Firefighter short dump when backing out of target system

Hi GRC Experts,

***I have searched this forum and SAP notes for the text specified in the short dump ***

We have recently installed GRC 10.1 Access Control sp5 and have done the initial configuration of Access Risk Analysis and Emergency Access Management aka Firefighter. We migrated master data content from a GRC 4.0 system and this went very well

Firefighter works almost perfectly. I can log in as a firefighter to the GRC system, and using GRAC_EAM I can see cross-system targets where my test user has the right role. From here I can log in as my Firefighter ID and access tcodes that I do not have on the main user. Once I have finished and backed out of all screens to the easy access menu, when I click the yellow snooker ball to exit, I get a short dump.

How to correct the error
    The exception must either be prevented, caught in procedure
    "CHECK_FFOBJECT_LOGON" "(FORM)", or
    the possibility of it occurring must be declared in the RAISING clause
    in the procedure.
    To prevent the exception, note the following:

    If the error occurs in a non-modfied SAP program, you might be able to
    find a solution in the SAP Notes system. If you have access to the SAP
    Notes system, check there first using the following keywords:

    "UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION" CX_GRFN_EXCEPTION
    "CL_GRAC_MODEL_SPM_FIREFIGHT===CP" bzw. CL_GRAC_MODEL_SPM_FIREFIGHT===CM004
    "RAISE_ERROR"

Has anyone encountered this issue already? How did you resolve it?

I have logged a medium priority message with OSS and am hoping to find the answer more quickly by asking all of you.

Might be a chance  missing SAPScript Object 'GRC' in the transaction SE75.

Please create it as per note 1800347 - Short Dump on FF Login

Is this applicable for 10.1 as well ,because the note has mentioned only ac 10 .

Hi Guys,

I had the same issue (and for the record) I tried Prasant Paichha suggestion even the note did not specify 10.1 and it WORKED.

SE75 add the texts in the note and you will not get the short dump.

Six months later, I tried the same thing in 10.1 SP09, and it also worked. I wish someone other than the poster could mark this as answered.

I am also facing the same issue with GRC10.1 SP5 . It was working in SP4 .

Did u get any updates from SAP .

Logs are also not retrieving for the FF sessions .
