Problem exporting CN41N into excel

Dear All, One of our user is facing the above problem. In CN41N in SAP he gets Project ID and Project description as desired. When he exports to excel strangely the Project Description is also showing Project ID. It behaves correctly with other users. I have tried this out and it shows correct results. Where may be the problem lying. Is this technical ABAP related?

Hello Suman,

In addition to above suggestions, please also try exporting Project ID & Description using t code CNS41. If same error persists for this user, you can also take help of Security / User Admin team if there are any user specific settings/ roles that user is missing.

Even i believe that this is not an ABAP issue.

In addition to what Sudhakar has mentioned, could you check the GUI version the user is using?

Hi,

Check particular user machince/laptop for settings related to MS Excel.

pretty sure this is not an ABAP issue since you will have it across all the users.
