PDF not Opening as Attachment in SC

Hi All,

One of the user is facing a strange issue.

The user gets PDF documents as quotes from the vendor.This is attached when creating a SC and when we try to open this quote from the SC, a blank webpage is opened.

I am able to open this file from any other source other than the SC.The file size is 15Kb to 18 Kb. When I try to save this file from the SC to desktop, this is saved as html file where as it should get saved as a pdf file.

We are in SRM3.0 EBP 4.0 Classic Scenario.

Any suggestions to crack this issue?

Hi

It seems there is problem with the Web browser (Internet Explorer,) or the Acrobat reader softwares. Try uninstalling the web browser / acrobat reader s/w and again install again the latest web browser and then try again.

Also, ensure that your PC is installed with latest Java runtime Environment (JRE 1.5 or more).

Incase it does not help, report the issue to SAP by raising an OSS message.
