Issue with Idoc DELVRY03 and SHPCON regarding serial numbers in HU's.

Hi all,

I am using DELVRY03, message type SHPCON for assigning serial numbers through segment E1EDL11.  The assignment of the serial number to the item in the delivery is fine, however when I go and use E1EDL37 and E1EDL44 to pack the items, the serial number is not adopted down to the packing screen.

If you do this in the foreground the packing adopts the serial number from the the delivery to the HU.  Doing this using IDocs does not accomplish the same thing.  I tried using E1EDL46 before and after trying to use E1EDL11 is separate IDocs but I still cannot get the serial number on the item at the HU packing level.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hi All,

When trying to post PGI with SHPCON, I am getting below error -

Item 000010 requires exactly 1 serial number for Asset.

How can we resolve this, Please advise.
