ZMCR Transaction type

Dear All,

During the Copy[ChaRM] process of Transaction type from SMCR to ZMCR, we have encoutered a error like 67 copied and two of them received the error message

hence we need to delete the tranaction type ZMCR .

Please let me know show to delete the ZMCR ?

Hi Thiru,

If you are looking for deleting the transaction types from Solution Manager. You can try this.

SPRO: SAP Solution Manager - Change Management - Standard Configuration - Change Request Management Framework - Make Setting for Change Transaction Types - ZMCR -> Remove button

Hi ,

Did you use transaction type copy tool ?

Please go the transaction: AI_CRM_CPY_PTYPE_WEB and try to copy it.

Hi Karthik,

yes. I have copied via Solman_setup => Change req Mgmt => 3.4 Configure manually=>     

Copy transaction Type.

When try to recopy => its not copying anything again..

So I wanted to delete and recreate again,

Hi Thiru,

Just use the update option if it is already created  in the same report

this should update the missing entries as you can choose update all like status or action profile or only status profile etc

Further you can also choose to insert new data or overwrite the existing one..so you should choose overwrite

Hi Prabhar & Karthc,

Even Update transaction tye  to ZMCR -> gives Short dump eror message.

So I have Copied the SMCR into ZMCR in Solman PRD Directly and

Using the Solman [PRD] TR and Imported ito DEV system. Now its ok.

Between earleir I have cropied  SMCR to YMCR  for testing.

Can you please let me know how to delete entire YMCR from Solution Manger system?
