How to calculate a variant of an sales quotation

Hi,

we want to use variantkonfiguration. cuastomizing is OK, the process we want to
use is like we need.

Now there is the question, if i create an sales Quotation and create a variant for Position 10
is it possible to calculate the cost for this Position?
