Test connection failed for Relational Connections

HI Gurus,

We have a strange issue. Currently we are in BO 4.0. while creating Relation connection (Back end Database - SAP), after entering the database credentials it is showing test result as "Test Failed" . But we are using same database credentials for OLAP Connections and it is working fine. Please refer screen shots of both connections.

Note: This issue is started from just couple of days back. Before that every thing is fine with both the connections.

          No password changes.

          No user locking.

Hi...

While creating Relation connection (Back end Database - SAP) need to select authentication as SAP and try.

HI All,

Issue Resolved. Adaptive processing server in CMC is not in active. We restarted server, now it's working fine.

Try to create OLAP connection from CMC.
