GRC controller and owner are not getting disply in NWBC client

We have created owner and controller in GRC abap system and executed sync job still controller ,owner and FF id 's are not reflected. please suggest.

Please provide path where you are getting the issue.

Are you trying to get it under Setup>>Superuser Assignment>>Firefighter Ids? If so, you will not get entries here till you assign FF ID to firefighter through Setup>>Superuser Assignment>>Firefighters.
