KRI Treshold Violation

Dear Experts,

In Risk management 10.0, while creating a KRI instace, if the KRI value violates the values assigned in the thresholds, the lights should appear accordingly(Red, Yellow, Green), But in the scenario which we created, even if the values violate the thresholds the "thresholds violation light" is still appearing in "Green" (whereas it should be Red)

Please suggest what could be the reason?

What is the patch level of the system, Please check if this note is applicable for you.
