RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Connect to SAP gateway failed. helping me

Hi Experts,

Please give me suggestions on this, in our production system(PI 7.0) we are having an issue comming like RFC _communication Failure:sap gateway connect failed.

but all connection and credencials are correct only. but we are getting the below error,

why it is coming occasionally and how to resolve this type of issues.

hi Expert,

My issue is resolved.

1) Done cache refresh

2) Maintained sap r/3 host name in software components. previous it was different host

3) Maintained communication user for all RFC communication channel with different user id's.(not working my userid.

4) Done SLD Cache Refresh.

5) Deleted and created RFC communication channels for few RFC's

Dear Friends,

Issue resoved as per sap suggetions permenently.

Increased port at server & network level.
