SWI2_DIAG Error

Dear Gurus,

I need your help to solve the following issue:

When I execute a ZXXX workitem, in SWI2_DIAG appear the following error diganosis:

-The method cannot be executed

-Application method has processed message 'E'; see long text

-Notification of completion cannot be generated

-Problems occurred when generating a mail

-Error '9' when calling service 'SO_OBJECT_SEND'

-Error handling for work item 00000000708

Hi,

it's a typical error if no processor (agent) assigned to workitem.

Please check you approver determination strategy.

Thank you for you reply, at the begining I thought that was the reason, but I discover the error apears befor to assign a agent the workitem, I verify the structure and is ok.

Tests in QA system works.

Please if you know something else that I can check, be great

It appears error messages,  are Message no. SWF_RUN669 and Message no. WL821

I am reviewing SAP Note 531479.

The tasks were generalized after import.

please also check, that tasks are translated to all used languages - can also be a reason.

I've checked again all the information with agents, and the tasks were import and assigned, but for some reason, this was not saved. Workflow is working now.

Sounds to me like a problem with a Sendmail step. Is there one?
