Hi All.
We have installed the Secure Library on our SAP server. Did all the config in profile parameters, Active Directory, installed the Secure Client on the workstations, SAPLogon 'Network' config, US01 'SNC' settings, etc. Our goal was to use SSO for ABAP only. Everything works fine accept for users who are VPN'd (Cisco) in to the network.
When you install the SAP Secure Client the profiles look like this:
I have tried setting the Parameter REG_DWORD in the registry per:
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH83894
I tried turning the Firewall off during the install. None of this helped. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Diana
Thank you Samuli.

I assume the users are not logging on the domain, that is why the Kerberos token is unavailable. At least with Cisco VPN there is a option to enable logging on the domain. You might have to implement something custom so that users are authenticated on the domain when they use VPN.
