Hi All,

We got an error in MONI :

Error code: INTERNAL.QRFC_SYSTEM_DUMP

Error Message :

Short dump occured when executing message in qRFC queue

XBTI0009, user XXXXXXX, runtime error: >>>>>>>>>>> DB -Error -12150.

If i check the system logs , if found this.

Can anybody tell me why this could happen.

Hi Sai,

If you look at oracle documentation about the error  9 ORA-12150 to ORA-12236, the problem is as Ambrish said about the connection. Your basis team should check if the DB is up, if the user to connect with the DB is correct, etc. There is nothing that you can do like PI consultant.

I am checking with Basis Team on this. DB Connection is up and running.
