MDM stops all instances on host

Hi, we are running MDM and SRM based on NW 7.03 in a linux/oracle host, and when we stop MDM using:

sapcontrol -nr 04 -function StopSystem
sapcontrol -nr 05 -function StopSystem
sapcontrol -nr 06 -function StopSystem

But it stops the SRM instance also.

Could you please help us to find the solution for not stopping SRM instance?

Please specify the SRM' a instance no. And with which user you are running sapcontrol commands ?

Hello Mayank, SRM instance nr is 00. And I'm running sapcontrol commands with dl5adm user.

SRM sid = EL5

MDM sid = DL5

Can you paste ps -ef|grep mds ?
