I have a doubt regarding knowledge article in Solution Manager 7.1, when you create a Article, what is the scope of it?, it can be publish for users? or it is only for support team?

Now i know i need TREX for advanced search of Knowledges articles, and it can be only attached to incidents and so on.

Yes, it can be publish for users, by defining the authorization scope.
