Process Route for Documents in PLM

Hello Guru's

I would like to know if there are any workflow Task id's that needs to be activated for documents.

Please see the below attached screen shot for reference.

Process Routes are generic, it doesn't matter what object a process route is created for. As long as workflow is activated and the event linkage has been done for CL - /PLMB/CL_PROCESS_ROUTING_WF_BO - START_WORKFLOW - WS00100012, it should work.

yes, you should be able to trigger your process route with the button "Start Workflow" without a problem.

Hi Samuli.

Is there any option to have automatic advancement of the ER status when I click on Approve button in the PLM inbox.

Can this be achieved thru configuration or need to work this out through development.

Kindly advice.
