Hello,
For ITLM, we're configuring the CRM_UI in our Solution Manager 7.1 SP10 enviroment.
We were wondering if it is possible to add a search query to the home screen of CRM_UI, but where the number of items is displayed as well, like in the solman workcenter?
For example a query:
All messages of project X with status "In Process" (25 items)
All messages of project Y with status "in Process" (10 items)
All open messages with category Z (30items)
and so on...
Now we make a search in crm_ui and we only see the description without the number of items under "saved searches", like this:
All messages of project X with status "In Process"
All messages of project Y with status "in Process"
All open messages with category Z

There 2 main options for this:
Custom Queries
The filtered queries you have mentioned are already available by default in SM_Workcenter of incident management without any configuration
Also you can define own queries as well.
Is there any specific reason for not using that.?
you can easily create these queries as saved searches and then can distribute them via Central Sharing Tool in SM_CRM and it will appear in every user Inbox.
