Automatic Control-Writing-off

I am designing an automatic control and I need your help. I need to check that while writing off the inventory to productiion, the batch is not chosen. Do you have any idea of how to implement this?

Hi John, Please talk to the functional consultant in order to identify the relevant tables, fields and values. It seems like you want to define a control that monitors on a certain field status
