Request to add the icon Upload from clipboard on F-30/32 screen

I got a requirement from user they are requesting to use icon upload from clipboard option for T-codes F-30 and F-32.

Why do want this ? if you want to see trail then after posting clearning docuemnt please go to enviroment click on paymnet usage . This will give all docuemnt related to that

Pls read the question properly.He is asking clipboard facility in F-32 or F-30.
