Activity Release authorization in T.Code CJ20N Display mode of all elements

Hi

The requirement is that while open the project builder,All the project elements in display and at the same the we need provide the activity release authorization to the user .Please provide me the authorization object to the same.

Hi Saurabh,

Here my requirement is not to restrict activity release .Giving the authorization to release and confirmation of activity with out changing activity details in all tabs:like scheduling,work,dates

Hi,

You can achieve this by creating single roles and assign it to the user whom it should be.

1. Create user status authorization key.

2. create user status and apply in project profile in order to default at network activity level.

3. create a single roles and assign user status object and test. which should also contain authorization objects related to confirmation of an activity.

4. assign this single role the user

5. you have develop this function from Dev system to P system and requires clear testing.

take help from Security team to identify the set up role and assigning the authorization objects.

What if you control it using User status and assigning authorization code in OK02 and assign this code again in users roles to allow disallow them to release activity. See attachment below:

The same way you can do for display of project by creating a z-authorization object and assign it in users roles.
