Issue with qty confirmation in sales order

Dear All,

Earlier when i used to create the sales order and even if i confirm 1 qty also, i was able to deliver  the entire qty mentioned in the sales order. But now. I am unable to do it.

System is asking me to confirm the entire qty mentioned in the sales order. Unless i do it system is not allowing me to do the delivery.

Please share the exact issue in SAP with screen shot so that it is easy to help.

Also check in customer master if the field "Complete delivery reqd by law" is checked?

Hai,

In the particular customer master,

Check

Sales area data

Partial delivery per item     (Entry blank) Partial delivery allowed

Then try new sales order.

Hi

Check your SO qty , delivery Qty and available qty , If SO qty below than delivery qty, go to  VA02 increase SO qty.
