Getting PI errors: Runtime exception when processing target-field mapping

We are getting 2 errors around the ADR3MAS.ADR3MAS03.

This is occurring for our ECC-PI-C4C integration using standard maps for Accounts integration.

Error 1 - Exception for the field DefaultFacsimile. Given below is the exception:

Has anyone experienced this ?

We are using standard maps, and are following the guides. 

Is there some additional map adjustment steps that needs to be added ?

This was fixed in PI with some mapping changes to DefaultConventionPhone, DefaultFacsimile, and Default*URI maps.

I believe this was addressed in 1405 ?

Let me see how I can attach the document descibing that change.
