Hello colleagues,

I have this error in phase Connect Diagnostics Agent,

The error UNKNOW TYPE Type DIAGSTP_WS_AGWS_RESPONSE is unknow appear when select the Get Agent,

Can you help me?

Hi Victor,

Please check below SAP Note, if it helps -

1893581 - Error "Application Error Unexpected error: Web service invocation problem on host 'hostnam...

Also please check if you have the pre-requisites completed as per below note for your version of Solution Manager -

1483508 - Solution Manager 7.1: Root Cause Analysis pre-requisites

You might hesitate for going ahead with this note, as it is related to RCA, but in reality updating LM-Service patch level for your version as per this note resolves all such errors.

Hello Tanmeya,

In step 3 Configure CA Introscope in Solution 7.1 I have this error with user,

no connection user yet defined. run user management and set a connection user with min. permission 'Read'

The password it´s ok but not connect to Wily with user Admin and Guest.
Can you help me?

Please specify the error details, preferably using a screen-shot.

Hi,

Step 6.3 fails the option Get Agent.

We select the option Get Agent but the system shows the following error:

UNKNOW TYPE Type DIAGSTP_WS_AGWS_RESPONSE is unknow

Please do the followings:

t-code SOLMAN_SETUP -> 'Managed System Configuration' -> <SID of the
managed system> in this case the managed system is solution manager
system itself-> step 4 'Assign Diagnostics Agent' -> Assign agent
