Question regarding Visibility object for ASN creation

Hi All,

While creating ASN, sometimes we come across errors like product is invalid and the issue gets resolved when we set selection objects per business partner in customizing activity 'Assign Partner-Dependent Selection Modes to Applications'.

My question: Is it possible to maintain this setting for all the business partners registered in SNC as a proactive step to prevent the same issue in ASN creation. Would that cause any issue in other functionalities of SNC or maybe performance issues?

Please let me the know the options to maintain it for all business partners and the affect of this setting?
